Decide which shipping rates your customer sees at checkout, by postcode, province or cart total. Your Shopify shipping settings stay as they are. Postcode and province rules are on the Starter plan, 9.99 USD a month.
Open the order, click once, and the invoice is a PDF in German, with your own number and the § 19 UStG note if you need it. The delivery note comes from the same order. You send the PDF yourself.
Close the month, and its sales and refunds become one file in DATEV format, ready for your tax adviser. The app only reads your store.

9.99 or 29 USD a month, after a 14-day free trial. Shopify bills it with your other fees, and you cancel in the app. We never see your card.
The invoice app reads your orders, the DATEV export orders and products. Neither writes back. The shipping app has two permissions: customize delivery options and read shipping settings.
